SUG-TX
May 25, 2010 Meeting
The Sybase Users’
Group of Texas will hold their next meeting on Tuesday, May 25, 2010.
There are several items to talk about this month: the recently announced
acquisition of Sybase by SAP and the near and long term implications for users
of Sybase technology; and a follow up to the recent "Developer Days Houston"
event, with a migration of a PFC application from PowerBuilder v11.5 to v12 Dot
NET. Jeff Wayt will walk attendees through the migration steps to show
what works and what doesn’t, perhaps spotting problems to resolve or
avoid. There will be plenty of time for Q&A and the meeting will
conclude with a short planning discussion to determine the topics for the
remainder of 2010.
